Welcomed by intense blackcurrant leaf and a hint of asparagus aromas. This is followed by a myriad of tropical flavours, passion fruit, mango and grape fruit taking the lead. The palate is alive with zesty green peeper nuisances which flows into a slight saline and seaweed character. Resulting in a great example of this site-specific Sauvignon Blanc.
